On October 9th, the Quanzhou Talent Innovation Achievement Transfer Docking Meeting (Advanced Manufacturing Session) was held grandly at the Quanzhou Digital Economy Industrial Park. Mr. Guo Junfeng, General Manager of Fujian Southchina Machinery Manufacture Co. Ltd. attended the event as a leading representative of the equipment manufacturing industry, and participated in the signing of several advanced manufacturing collaborative R&D projects.
The Quanzhou Talent Innovation Achievement Transfer Docking Meeting (Advanced Manufacturing Session) was sponsored by the Quanzhou Municipal Party Committee Talent Work Leadership Group Office, Quanzhou Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, and Quanzhou Municipal Industry and Information Technology Bureau. It was co-organized by the Quanzhou Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association and Fujian (Quanzhou) Advanced Manufacturing Technology Research Institute, serving as a platform for talent innovation and technology achievement transfer to promote the digital transformation and development of Quanzhou’s equipment manufacturing industry.
At this advanced manufacturing session, six advanced manufacturing collaborative R&D achievements were signed on site, three of which were SOCMA projects. These included the “Engineering Machinery Vehicle Assembly Inspection System” and “New Energy Intelligent Operation and Maintenance Robot” R&D projects in collaboration with Fujian (Quanzhou) Advanced Manufacturing Technology Research Institute, and the “5G Unmanned AGV Forklift” R&D project in partnership with CAS Western Institute of Robotics Quanzhou Equipment Manufacturing Research Center.
Demand-driven, innovation-led” has always been SOCMA’s guiding principle for development. With the implementation and integration of this series of collaborative projects leveraging advanced technologies like digital sensors, AI, and 5G, SOCMA will further enhance its leadership in manufacturing, product R&D, and product application, laying a foundation for the company’s future growth.
