HNF160 LNG Forklift  Engine 

1, Adopts  Weichai WP10G220E LNG engine, which  Powerful, low emission, high quality and clean, environment-friendly and fuel-saving. And can meet the high efficiency working requirement  2, The power performance of LNG engine is as good as the diesel engine.  The endurance is long, LNG truck with 495L LNG air tank can travel for 8 hours  

Transmission 

1, Adopts Well-known brand hydraulic transmission, with powerful traction force at joint working condition2, Adopts twin turbo hydraulic torque converter,stepless speed change, The transmission system is controlled by single joystick, easy to control 3, Variable speed control valve is with neutral starter device, it is more safe to start the engine   

Driving axle 

1, Front axle use heavy duty forklift driving axle, with enlarged  axle housing, hub,bearings. Spiral bevel gear and wheel rim planetary deceleration increase torsion, with axle housing support, the loading  capacity is big, and the life span is long. 2, Adopts   no spoke pressure plate type wheel rim,  with better  supporting force  for  the hub 3, The rear axle adopts transverse hydraulic cylinder steering mechanism, the structure of the steering axle is compact, the transmission angle can reach 70.5°, which is better to reduce the steering resistance, reduce the wearing of the tyre, increase the smooth when travelling 4, Adopts 4 pcs of heavy duty clamp disc. Brake, thickening brake disc, with rear air tank, 18 times brake air pressure after-burning ratio,The radiation is quick, brake is reliable, operation is more safe

 Hydraulic system

Chassis, Mast 

1, SOCMA implement the Structural optimization scheme together with Fujian Institute Research, Chinese Academy of Science.  The forklift has been tested for its strength and stiffness , its life span has been assessed.  2, SOCMA adopts the FEA analysis, Force cloud diagram simulation operation,  optimize the structure design and guarantee the safety of the products.Adopts long wheel base, box-type double beam chassis, with features of good  rigidity and strength, guarantee the high reliability of the chassis  3, Mast lowering adopts speed-limited valve and pressure selector valve, which reduce the impact to the hydraulic system. Tyre
